So here we are, a new year, a new decade and many a new year resolution. Yes that’s right folks we are all going to drink less, eat better, exercise more, spend more time outdoors, time with friends – the list is long and I’m sure we’ll give it our best shot. Second, put on your overcoat, hat, gloves and wellie boots, then rush to the loo, undress, redress and run upstairs – perfect preparation for those urgent calls just when things are hotting up as we approach the marina, great for dexterity, thigh muscles and back stretches. Finally, and please approach with care – borrow some roller skates, strap them on and then prepare the full English fry up – excellent for balance and ability to retain your sense of humour under pressure!!

We only have 4 empty berths left for this amazing event, based at Largs Sailing Club and with the promise of a cruise around the delightful West Coast of Scotland you’ll need to be quick to snap up those places.
